About this test
Assertiveness is two skills wearing one name. The first is Voice: stating opinions, asking for what you want, disagreeing out loud, sending the wrong order back. The second is Boundaries: saying no without a three-paragraph apology, holding your limits under pushback, and protecting your time from people who'd happily spend it for you. This 40-statement test scores both separately — showing whether you're equally strong on both fronts, or fluent in one and silent in the other, and where assertive ends and aggressive begins.
