About this test

Introvert and extrovert aren't two boxes — they're four dials. This 44-question test measures where you sit on each: social (does company charge you or drain you), stimulation (do you crave buzz or prefer calm), expression (do you think out loud or process inside), and recharge (do you recover with people or in solitude). Both ends of every dial are healthy, and most people mix them. Find your position on each one — and whether you're a true introvert, a true extrovert, or one of the ambiverts in between.

What you'll discover

Social Energy

Whether groups and gatherings charge your battery or quietly drain it — higher scores mean more energy from people.

Stimulation

Your appetite for busy, novel, high-volume environments versus calm and predictable ones — higher scores crave the buzz.

Expression

Whether you think out loud and jump into conversation, or process internally and speak when ready — higher scores think out loud.

Recharge

How you recover when depleted — higher scores recharge through company, lower scores recharge through solitude.
