About this test
Two quiet beliefs shape how you learn, compete, and recover: that abilities can be grown, or that they're set at the factory. This test measures both voices separately — your Growth Mindset score (effort, feedback, and failure treated as fuel) and your Fixed Mindset score (talent as innate, failure as verdict, looking incapable as the thing to avoid). Across 44 statements you'll see which belief currently runs your decisions, where each one helps or holds you, and how learned beliefs about ability can be deliberately retrained.
What you'll discover
Growth Mindset
The belief that abilities are trainable — effort, feedback, and failure are information and fuel, not verdicts.
Fixed Mindset
The belief that talent is innate and telling — failure marks a limit, and looking incapable is the thing to avoid.
