About this test
Grit — the blend of passion and perseverance — predicts long-haul achievement better than talent alone. This test measures its two strands separately: Passion (consistency of interests — whether your goals survive the years or rotate with the seasons) and Perseverance (persistence of effort — whether you finish what you start and keep working through setbacks and plateaus). Forty statements produce two scores that show exactly where your follow-through is strong, where it leaks, and what your pattern of commitment looks like from the outside.
What you'll discover
Passion
