About this test
Narcissism is not a label you either have or escape — it is a spectrum of everyday personality traits, and everyone sits somewhere on it. This test measures three distinct strands of the trait: Grandiosity (the inflated, ambitious self-image), Entitlement (the quiet expectation of special treatment), and Rivalry (the combative streak that flares when status feels threatened). Forty-five statements produce three separate scores, showing where your self-regard works for you and where it quietly costs you.
What you'll discover
Grandiosity
An inflated, ambitious self-image — feeling exceptional, dreaming big, and expecting the admiration of others.
Entitlement
The expectation of special treatment and priority — the sense of being owed more than the standard share.
Rivalry
The antagonistic strand of self-regard — competitiveness, sensitivity to criticism, and the urge to put challengers in their place.
