Procrastination Test
Your relationship with Later, measured

About this test
Everyone procrastinates; the interesting questions are how much and why. This test measures two things separately: Delay (the behavior itself — rushed deadlines, tasks ripening in open tabs, the 'five more minutes' loop) and Drivers (the engine underneath — perfectionism stalls, overwhelm freeze, mood-repair detours, and the 'I work better under pressure' story). Forty statements produce an honest, kind portrait of your relationship with Later — where it's a harmless quirk, where it's quietly taxing you, and which single lever would loosen it first.
What you'll discover
Delay
The behavior itself — postponed starts, deadline crunches, and tasks that sit open for days while 'five more minutes' compounds.
Drivers
The engine underneath — perfectionism stalls, overwhelm freezes, mood-repair detours, and the stories that make delay feel sensible.
